Being in the industrial revolution modern age & booming industrial country like Bangladesh where mass population is always busy by producing something in order to export & earn money is common thing. But when the thing is growth the system is not as good for any person to grow in life as well as in profession. In the employment career even graduated employee is become used to do the same stuff day by day for decade but no promotion. Maybe gets some increment but not that much.
In the country like Bangladesh where many social norm are exist & maximum is in unrealistic condition & that loop is rotating by generation after generation. This is really sad for the nation not only for that particular person anymore.
One of the thing is most of the people is living in here under the thought like what will people think about him or her if they think differently. Therefore the person maybe want to change but actually is in hopeless by the forced system.
The end of the day we always seeking for happiness, rarely of us satisfied & others just wishing to waiting for upcoming days. But no one is ready to be the first person to make changes for better results & continuously blaming the government.
If I have to personally anything have to say on this? I am not ready either. The faulty is not only the government just us. I only believe in these thought that not let me transform into doing something impactful for better society. Maybe one day Inshaallah. Actually not maybe but Must be Inshaallah.
